VINIFICATION:
Traditional with the fermentation taking place in stainless steel and concret tanks. The wine is aged in small oak casks for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS:
A well structured wine with good tannins and ripe fruit. The bouquet is perfumed and complex as a result of the barrel ageing. The color is deep and intense and there is long aftertaste on the palate.
